There is a place in Makati, Metro Manila where people flock and dress up at their best costumes for Halloween Party. This year, it was my first time to document and photographed scenes in the vicinity. The entire area is known as "Poblacion" even if it is only a street there.
Three things to be mindful of:
If you want to start the photowalk, be there at around 8:00pm, wander around to catch those amazing costumes. Get those caffeine kickin'.
Beware of pickpockets. Many reported incident during the event.
Don't just take photos of nice costumes and portraits, Look for stories.
There is really a nice place for first timers. I said that I'll go home at 8pm. But that's the start of the fun. Lol. I ended up until 11:30pm. Definitely one of the coolest thing to do when you are in Metro Manila.
